Queen Elizabeth Sports Center Tours and Activities

Staff good and friendly. It’s just located too far from the airport. That’s all

Great food options, download the RIU app though for restaurant bookings alternatively just use the buffet option which is great. Staff sorted out a couple of room issues immediately which was great. Aircon in room was temperamental though. If on the 15th floor only one lift goes that high so watch out. Most staff are great and friendly, I'm surprised that more are not fed up with the behaviour and the way they are spoken to by a certain cohort of guests, its embarrassing. You can't buy class or manners. US tipping on occasion meant that preferential treatment was given which is a little annoying but money talks I guess. One bar member I spotted getting drink out of the drip tray - not acceptable. The 24hr bar can be quite cold - be prepared. The music round the pool is terrible, no chill out pool/beach music at all. It also comes from two sources at the same time and you cant have a conversation anywhere near so everyone is shouting - no peaceful area round the pool. Check out is 12pm and it's $20ppph after that to keep your room. Reception and communal areas all pleasant and clean and tidy.

Been here many times. Never had any complaints until this time. Staff at different times were rude and inconsiderate. Idk why but it was really disappointing because I love this place
