Gorgeous old hotel with all the necessary updates to make the rooms perfect for modern travelers, such as usb ports, modern bathroom, all while keeping the ambience of an old refined hotel.

We had a one night stay after experiencing a flight cancellation. We had passed by this hotel a few days earlier & commented on it’s central location. Close to everything in Old Quebec. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The common areas also were very clean & recently painted. Plenty of wainscoting throughout. It’s a mixture of vintage and modern.

Excellent location and service. The valet service was a wonderful idea as it would be impossible to find parking in this area of Old Quebec.

The property was clean. But our room was like walking uphill and the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude and not that helpful .

Our beds all have been changed in 2019, and as it was duiring the pandemic, they are considered as pretty new. The brand is coming from Québec. They are mid-hard, with a soft bambu cover on the top. Our guests usually like our matresses so we are sorry that it was not as convenient for your stay.Please, do not hesitate to contact us directly for your next stay in the heart of the old Québec so that we could advice you on which room could accomodate you in the best way.Best regards.

Everything was superb! We were lucky to get Room #600, which is a corner room on the top floor. The views of old Quebec were amazing!!! 4 min walk to Chateau Frontenac and other historical sites. The #11 city bus in front of hotel took us straight to the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec to see the Rembrandt exhibition. Plenty restaurants in approximity of 10 min walking radius. The room was big, very clean and the beds very comfortable. The reception lady, Caelum, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Service was good, staff are friendly. Even the valet guys are friendly with good service as well as restaurant staff. It would be better if parking is accessible to us instead of valet parking. Prime location, walking distance to all amenities or places to visit around.

Overall nice hotel. It is the perfect location as it is central. Very nice lobby and restaurant ambiance. My complaints are that I find the restaurant lunch and dinner menus very limited, and that there is no fridge in the room. I feel that a good hotel like that should provide a fridge.

Great spot in old Quebec City. The valet service was impeccable (Mario and Alex). Could get cabs easily. Staff speak English well when needed. Les Mordus Restaurant makes amazingly fluffy scrambled eggs...yum. Rooms are clean and bathrooms newly renovated. Loved everything. .

Excellent Excellent location (Walk, do not drive!) for Old Quebec City! I recommend the Valet Parking Option for easy access to your car plus includes the option of you car held safe and secure to pick up hours after you check out. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated heating and fan and AC that all worked well. Nice quiet room. Safe area. Plenty of shops and very good restaurants! Wear appropriate Walking footwear and in winter, it can be very slick so consider strapping on ice grippers!

Everything worked out smooth. Valet was great and helpful. Verh close to everything like food places and Winter Carnaval
