The young man at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us! The entire staff was wonderful and a very good, less crowded location. Easy parking in lot across the street.

Room not suitable for our needs. When I asked to change to another room, they suddenly could not speak english. I checked out the next morning after only 3 hours of sleep that followed a 14 hour journey to get there. If you are mobility impaired DO NOT GO HERE.

We checked in late at night and the gentleman at the desk had first rate customer service. The room was excellent and comfortable bed and parking accessible.Would definitely stay again

The hotel is lovely. The room was beautiful and the bed and bedding luxurious. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was great. I highly recommend the hotel and I feel lucky to have found it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Tasteful room remodeling in a heritage building. Room condition and amenities were excellent. Dailly cleaning well done. Slopes in hallways were not accented enough, caught us off-guard a few times. Heat pump remotes were too complicated, hard to get room temperature figured out.

Our upgraded room was spacious, clean, and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the location was perfect for walking around the Old City. The restaurant connected to the hotel was one of the best places we have ever eaten.

Shower was very fiddly - either extremely cold or hot with controls that didn’t make any sense. The property is nice and staff are pleasant but this is not a four star hotel.

We were very pleased with our getaway at Hotel Port Royal located in Quebec City. We were upgraded to a room with a fully stocked kitchenette/fridge. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk was very friendly. Parking is just in front which is very convenient (at an additional fee).
