Friendly staff, room was very clean. Shower has sitting section. Very poor insulation and guests next doors fought from midnight till 3 am! Sheer curtains and lights from cars made it hard to sleep. Worst experience in our years of travel.

Sorry for the wreck truck parked at the front of your room and garbage loaded on it. It belongs to a temporary resident who was moving out by end of this month. He left already but would return to take his belongings. We are trying to contact him.

the slide is NOT open even though it says that it is. check in is at 4PM not 3pm. water damage on the ceilings, mould in the bathroom, and only one element works on the stove. bed was surprisingly comfortable though

For the price, it was adequate however, the beds were not comfortable and the room was actually very dirty, especially the bathroom. It really would not take much time to clean what needed to be cleaned, but it would make a big difference. Lastly, it would be better to not provide coffee supplies as they were also quite old/expired.

Picture on website looks deceiving. Hotel is actually across from the beach. When I booked the room, I asked for an ocean view but did not receive one. If we bent over the railing on the balcony, we could see the ocean. When I contacted the front desk, I was told sorry. We also had to get our keys re coded twice and front desk staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them. Front desk could use some customer service training. Our room was ok, an odd mix of beat up old furniture. Housekeeping should pay closer attention to scuff marks on walls and doors. Room was well stocked and had everything we needed. Free breakfast is a do it yourself thing. It was fine but the jug of milk and cream should have been placed in ice to keep it cold. Overall it was just ok, I probably wouldn’t stay again but you get what you pay for.

Expedia ad for this property may mislead as there is Highway 19A running between this property and the beach area. At the back of the motel is a large campground area. This motel, though, is good for the price. Our unit was clean, which pleased us, and it had a workable fridge and air conditioning. We also felt the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy about the motel, but it felt safe and was good for the price.

The room was a good size and clean, but the toilet and shower water was brown and tge door frame was fslling off. My kids enjoyed the park, however the "lake" did not look the same as photos. Very small and the water didn't look clean.

The location is away from town so make sure you have everything you need. My room had a constant water drop sound from the above unit. Seemed quite dated and in need of some maintenance. If they always offered the discounted price I got then I may tolerate the noted issues.

However, our location, being on the bay and away from town is normally one of the things that draw people to our place. Beds stank like smoke. NO TOPSHEET on the bed. There was some “confusion “ about charging me taxes twice. So some payment was expected upon arrival. I showed my receipt to a different employee to prove taxes were paid in full. We did not feel clean in these beds. According to the male employee they wash the comforters . Yeah right. If they are too cheap to put a flat sheet on the beds in the room I am sure they have a great laundry service that washes big comforters nightly. Gross.

We apologize for the unpleasant experience and appreciate all feedback from our guests. Just to inform those reading, it's true, no top sheets on our beds. Instead, we use duvets with duvet covers which are changed and washed after each use. We find this type of bedding is easier on housekeeping staff and just as comfortable to sleep in. Cost is not the underlying reason for using this type of bedding. If it was, we would opt for using flat sheets and comforters traditionally found on hotel beds which are generally less expensive.
