"This is a lovely house, the pool is great, wonderful view of the ocean from the patio. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only reason it may not suit more people is that is there is only one WC in the house (one also on the garage). The concierge Bruno was very helpful, he delivered us some bikes and we cycled to the Dune and to Arcachon quite easily. I would definitely recommend this house."

"A spacious property for all the family with lots of outdoor eating space. The heated swimming pool was a hit with all the family. It was unseasonably warm so we could have done with some fans or air conditioning downstairs. The heat unfortunately meant many of our party suffered from mosquito bites. Didier was a great help and always available to provide support"

"We stayed for a week in late July early August with our 2 children 8 and 9. We absolutely loved this place in its lovely neighbourhood, just a stones throw from the beach. "We had a very nice stay in this traditional house on top of the hill in Pyla-sur-mer. The view is really wonderful and complements the large garden nicely where you can sit in the shade under big trees. There used to be a direct access to the beach, but as the owner told us, this was recently closed and now it is a walk of just under 10 Minutes through the residential streets of the neighbourhood and down a staircase to the beach just below. "Its a case of 5 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for the experience. The hotel will say it's off season, as a guest there's no such thing. Apart from the building site opposite that starts at 6:30am with trucks & diggers night 2 was an event. The event started late afternoon with night club volume music and by 9pm seemed to be never ending. A trip to reception assured me this would be over soon. "We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions."
