"I love the Senator Inn!! The staff are pleasant the property is clean and the restaurant is delicious! I enjoy the steam room, hot tub and saltwater pool immensely! "

"We booked through Expedia and will NOT do that again. Because of our flight disruption, we had to cancel the first night and Expedia told me that the HOTEL would not allow that inside of 24 hours. The hotel however told me that was NOT TRUE and that Expedia should be refunding me for that night. As to the hotel---very nice! The front supervisor was outstanding and even gave us complimentary breakfasts because of what we went through (with Expedia)."

"The staff wasn’t very helpful or informative with any questions we had. Took 100$ for incidentals and has yet to return it 2 days later. I booked a king size room and got a queen size bed. Definitely not worth 250$ a night in my opinion. "

"Very disappointed with water pressure and the fact that the shower head barely spit out water. There was no body wash in shower. The container was complete missing from the holder tied to wall. Also upon check in waited behind another couple as we stood there and there was no one around working the they appeared from back office. One would figure you would want your desk clerk out greeting guests and be available. Had stated here a few years ago and was severely disappointed this time. Not worth the money if you can’t even enjoy a good hot shower "
