There were a few hiccups with finding the exact location of the house and ordering Ubers but Alex was responsive to every question and left detailed videos, voicenotes and even accepted a phone call to troubleshoot some issues. Not only did Alex go above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, but he also had a friend, Jorge, who helped us with grocery shopping, booking excursions, taking us to the airport and finding the best food.
