Mold oder, very humid room. Not available for restaurants. First I thought the concierge was nice, at the end I was caught by sales person for membership. I had to be with sales person for 1 hour over 1 restaurant reservation help. Please save your vacation.

This hotel really deserves the 5 star rating. All staffs are super friendly, they greeting you with real smile. Staffs seem to be enjoying what they do. Even a cleaning guy was singing while cleaning. Very impressed.food quality is excellent. Fruits are super fresh and good quality cocktails and juice. The quality of service and food is way better than Cancun. The only downside is we had swim out room, the room is a little humanity and we got bite by bugs. Otherwise the place is perfect.
