On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony for you to relax from a beach day, and where you will find two bedrooms with Queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level with a King bed, private bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace.

Welcome to your perfect vacation home! This apartment is equipped with a fantastic private Picuzzi that you will absolutely love, especially during the hot summer months. Located just minutes walking distance away from one of the best beaches in the Bavaro area, this apartment is the ultimate destination for relaxation and comfort.  
  
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show off your culinary skills. You'll also enjoy Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, fast internet connection, A/C in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, a hairdryer, a clothing steamer, efficient soundproofing, a safety box, blackout curtains, and high-quality linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.35 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:  
  
2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day  
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day  
  
All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

Let's not forget our incredible Beach Club! Located right on the beach at a prime location, just a short walking distance away, this beach club is a dream come true. It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.  
Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
