All appliances are brand new. 2 smaller shared pools steps from the condo or enjoy a tranquil 15 minute walk along the beautiful walkway to the clubhouse to enjoy the huge pool with swim up bar and restaurant with many other amenities. Electrical usage not included and charged in cash upon checkout.
