« The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a large bed with a quality mattress, abundant hot water with a high flow, coffee offered every day with two glasses of water. There is a nice view of the lagoon with a small perch village in the middle of the sea and some boats anchored next door. The bad points of this hotel: I stayed 7 days in this one near the pool in the overwater part. A very strong smell of tidal enough disgusting impregnated my room at low tide. The air condition...

« Sans doute l'un des hôtels les plus originaux et de haut de gamme à Langkawi. Original pour les bâtiments qui le composent en petit village, tous d'origine et meublés à l'ancienne. Haut de gamme par le prix, justifié par la belle piscine, l'ensemble étant très calme et confortable. S'il est situé un peu loin de Pantai Cenang, l'hôtel offre un service de location de scooters qui permet de découvrir avec indépendance les alentours.Une mention particulière pour toute l'équipe particulièrement...

"Le cadre est magnifique, rien à dire. La végétation est coupé de souffle, j’avais pris le chalet avec vue sur mer. Je pense qu’il est mieux que le chalet sur mer directement, en effet sur celui-ci vous n’aurez pas de vue sur la forêt qui vous entoure, qui abritent des singes et autres animaux tropicaux. Le complexe est immense, tellement immense que vous ne pouvez vous déplacer qu’en voiturette que vous devez commander via la réception. Ils arrivent plus ou moins rapidement selon l’affluence et vous pouvez attendre jusqu’à 20min. Cet aspect était un peu frustrant mais vu l’étendu du complexe il n’y avait pas d’autre choix. La chambre en elle-même était vieillotte et nécessite clairement un rafraîchissement qui donne le sentiment d’être dans un 3\*. Le resort étant un peu isolé, c’était par contre appréciable qu’ils fournissent le mini bar gratuitement. Quant au service, ce n’était clairement pas au niveau si l’on compare à d’autre resort 5\*. Le personnel qui s’occupe des shuttle sont au top, mais ceux du restaurant ne sont pas bien formés. À la plage, il est dommage que personne ne passe pour prendre vos commandes, la plupart du temps vous devez vous déplacer, un manque à gagner pour l’hôtel et un peu de frustration surtout si vous êtes là pour dépenser et profiter. Le petit-déjeuner s’apparente plus à une nourriture de cantine, mis à part le stand de Roti et la soupe, le reste n’a pas d’intérêt. Belle surprise pour le restaurant Thaï qui relève clairement le niveau."
