The building needs work. Beds were awful and windows have large gaps so don’t fully close. There is loud music playing by the pool from 11am to 3am everyday so bring ear plugs as the rooms are not sound proof. And the tv didn’t work. The place is depressing, needs a major update and deep clean. The room is small, dirty and not sound proofed. The bed is comfortable thankfully. The pool has several dead bugs floating around, nobody is swimming in it. The beach cabanas are our escape from this dump. Breakfast was really poor, poorly cooked and barely warm! We requested hand-towels for the room which were missing and it arrived stinking of cigarettes. We are in shock how terrible this place is…it’s definitely not worthy of a 4 star or the price that we’ve paid for a 3 night stay. The good - the pool is lovely, the people in reception are great The not so good - the beach isnt well maintained, the rooms window had a broken net, so unable to seal room from bugs... The Bad - Music is same every night, they need a new dj... the better quality rooms are pointless, there isnt sufficient water to fill the baths or jacuzzi's to cover your legs, the hotel are aware of this issue, apart from the tubs the rooms are identical.... you can fill it, but you have to attend to it for over an hour to get it to a suitable depth at a warm (not hot) temp, if you are happy with a cold bath then not an issue.
