"The property was very spacious and nice. The only slight challange was navigating the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment which was not a big deal for us."

Nice, clean, little place with comfortable beds, good shower and with a common kitchen that was impeccable. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. Well located close to restaurants, grocery store, gift stores and the waterfront. Close to bus terminal and ferry.

Beautiful boutique hotel within an easy walk to old town Labin. The room was spotless and spacious. Great breakfast included and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. Excellent value in Istria; good and central base for exploring the region.

Don't skip the utube video on how to find the parking! Google maps will not get you there - it will get you close but not there!
A well equipped despite being small kitchen is provided. For travelers weary of restaurant food, this was welcomed. A bit easier to find information on how the excellent coffee maker works would have saved 15 minutes of reviewing the manual (which was provided) to learn where the power button was! But the coffee was delicious!

It's an excellent experience. Even parking lot is far away, they will drive you with golf car to the apartment. It's convenient. Location is super. Easy to go everywhere in DT. Room is spacious with AC which is very important since summer in Croatia is hot.

Perfect location! Great apartment for the price. It was much bigger than we expected, which was a nice surprise. Staff was helpful. Regarding amenities, we were here on the offseason so the pool wasn’t open which we knew about. While I think the posting said that there was laundry onsite, there wasn’t. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very lovely hotel - modern clean quiet lots of space to sit in the lobby for a drink or read. Nice staff great breakfast. Great parking. Location is close to the beach but about 20min walk to city centre. But it’s a nice walk in a great area also have option to take a bus or taxi for very little cost. We slept very well!

Beautiful property with great service. Staff were attentive, polite and proactive. Some have mentioned the hotel to be far, but although it is not in the old town it is a nice 15 minute stroll along the waterfront, passing cafés, to get to the old town, great to walk off the dinner! The path is a pedestrian & bike path with a beautiful view of the old town & passing a few cafés and shops. We drove and the hotel had parking, which is much more convenient than getting to the old town and figuring...

Lovely small hotel in the small walled city of Bale. Very good breakfast buffet & excellent attached 5 star restaurant. Excellent service.
For North American travellers, there is no elevator so you may want to transfer your travel items into a smaller carry-on.
For the hotel, please add an in room kettle. As a traveller, sometimes you need to make yourself an herbal tea or an early morning coffee. Also, please have 100% overhead coverage of the areas connecting the buildings. It rained during...

Great location, in the center of restaurants, and landmarks. The town is walkable and it’s a great location to wind down. The facility and staff were great. Highly recommended.

A lovely historical stay. My room was decorated with antique furniture and paintings including artist information. It bears saying, but you can tell by the photos, that the sea-view rooms are on the very top floor. A good workout for a LOVELY view. A little difficult to locate the first time around so take advantage of the shuttle service offered—once you know the way, it’s a GREAT location!!!
