The second floor Villa #3 has a separate entrance, 1400 square feet of Air Conditioned living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and with fantastic views of the jungle, golf course and ocean, and access to the third floor Palapa, the perfect spot for cocktail parties or simple relaxation while watching the sunset. Both the first and second-floor rentals have a private entrance and private decks, TV & Satellite. The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing if you can tear yourself away from the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare, are within walking distance from the Villa. The home was welcoming, roomy, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we loved the roof top access from where you can see the ocean! The location is really great; just a short walk to the beach and shops and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Vicky and Bob Farmer were excellent hosts and always answered our questions right away. The individual three bedrooms and overall layout is great and extremely accommodating. The roof patio was particularly nice to have access to. I've been to San Pancho a couple of times and I knew I already loved the location of this property. That being said this place was only a block away from my last rental in and it was so much quieter. Never again - for the same money we were able to stay in a lovely, comfortable villa with air conditioning and a nice view of the ocean. The villa was clean and comes with a maid who cleans several times per week. In addition, it is easy to arrange for someone to cook or there are numerous restaurants within a five minute walk. The beach is nearby, and a great polo club is a five minute drive away. You don't need a car in town - there are golf carts available for rent too! We will certainly return. ##### Charles V. Nov 5, 2017 #### welcoming ( home away from home ) I feel so fortunate in having chosen Bob and Vicky's rental. The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clean it was, great view of ocean and close to everything but quiet. Bob is the best host..He was so informative about San Pancho and all the rhythms of the little coastal town. While I was there, I had family visit which included 2 small children. The only thing I will note here is that the waves are not suitable for small children. Great for surfing. I was there for the cross over from low season to high season . The town blossomed with all the people coming for the winter. San Pancho is a special place and the people are wonderful. ##### Helen H.
