Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: \- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. \- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required. \- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons. \- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning). \- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID. \- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Wednesday for about 20 minutes, any time after 10:00 a.m., to tend to them. Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Would definitely stay here again. We loved sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee or wine and lounging around the roof top pool. The concierge, Aurora, was very helpful in arranging transportation and spa appointments. She was very responsive, even after hours. It’s heated so always at a comfortable temperature, and large, with nice views of the bay and mountains. The condo itself was appointed nicely and the beds were comfortable. The pool and roof top, outstanding, views beautiful beyond words. The balcony was bigger than expected with great seating. We have had amazing sleeps on the super comfortable beds. The management team has been very welcoming and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful and bright condo. We were a group of three couples with the other two couples renting the unit next door. We all agreed that the biggest downfall of this building are all of the rules. Had to wear wristbands even though front entrance requires A code, had to use certain towels at the pool, no music at the pool, no moving chairs. If you wanted to use the grill or gym you had to reserve a time, and a deposit on the grill use which was non refundable if you didn’t clean the grill. We also got to listen to an all day homeowners meeting one day at the pool. The pool is beautiful, just very quiet and unfriendly. We still had an enjoyable stay, we just have never run into that many rules before. If we stayed again, it would be for the location and nice unit. ##### Kimberly V. The kitchen supplies were at a bare minimum for cooking. I did not care for the view of the Pavilion with balconies facing the unit and people staring into the unit. The roof top pool area is beautiful. The complaint I have is that the entry into the pool is very slippery when wet.
