The project involves removing cobblestones and may cause some dust and noise. This is a new 1 bedroom condo in the modern Rincon de Almas development in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Large one bedroom, two bathroom condo located inside of Rincon de Almas one of Zona Romantica's newest condo developments. Walk to the beach and the best restaurants, shops, and galleries Vallarta has to offer. The condo's professionally designed interior provides style, comfort, and connectivity. The king-size bed and quality mattress ensure you a good night's rest while the Smart TV and WiFi keep you entertained and connected to life back home (if you chose to be). The fully-equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster are at your disposal with seating for up to 4. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and IPTV service with all of your favorite news, sports, and entertainment channels. WiFI is available throughout the condo so you can stay connected to business back home if you need to. Accommodates up to 3 adults, extra linens and pillows are provided to use the sofa bed in the living area. Common Amenities Rincon de Almas rooftop is stunning. It features 360-degree views of Puerto Vallarta's sparkling blue Bay of Banderas and its lush green mountains. Swim laps in the large pool and work off last night's tacos in the fitness center. Security Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7\. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day. The Neighborhood Located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion. The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance of everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note \*\*\* Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min. The unit has a washer in the unit but no dryer. There is a laundromat a few steps from the building. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. NOTE: There is an ongoing construction project across the street from this building, which may cause disturbance and dust during working hours. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The building has a lot of great amenities and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The front desk staff were always very nice and welcoming. The unit is a two full bath, one bedroom. I believe the sofa pulls out but we never used it so perhaps there’s a bed there too. The furniture is looking a little worn but nothing crazy. A couple things I wish I would have known or paid better attention to before booking is that there is construction directly across the street and they start before 7am in the morning. It’s loud and so therefore our mornings were not very peaceful. This unit is also on the first floor (or second floor depending on how you count it) so the road noise can get pretty loud too. If you’re a heavy sleeper it’s not a big deal but we are not so it wasn’t a solid sleep in the morning. Overall it was a nice stay and we weren’t in the unit that much. The condo was very comfortable, it was nice to the small balcony and open up the doors. The location was great! The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We were curious on having to e-sign conduct and rules before arriving and then a new set again (not the ones we filled in and signed online) when we arrived. This made it a tad longer to check in and not clear why not just have one process. We had minor problems with hot water to shower, but this was resolved the next day. The rep, Sonia, was very helpful and accessible throughout the stay. The area is accessible to night life and easy enough to get around. It’s tucked away from main bars/clubs, so it’s less noisy. Outside of some minor things, it was a great stay. ##### Hector V. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make for small meals. The building is beautiful and immaculate. Pool and hot tub where set to the perfect temperatures. Location is perfect with walkability to shops and restaurants. The property management is great and Brianda was wonderful. Only con was the strict rules at the pool set by the HOA and a few owners that it made it slightly uncomfortable to be a the pool if they were around. ##### Tiffany K. Building and apartment had all amenities you could want. Everything was in walking distance. Rooftop has the most spectacular view. A/C in both bedroom and living area. Unit #102 receives a lot of road noise being on the 1st floor. It will take getting used to. The building HOA has implemented more restrictive rules. Make sure to get a full list of rules before booking. Washer/dryer combo washes well but does not dry. The front desk staff has changed and unfortunately not very welcoming. ##### Alex F.
