Good place to stay the night before El Nido
This is a pretty decent hotel for the price. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The main asset was the personnel, which always smiles and takes care of your concerns.

The hotel was easy to find and is near the main roads. The receptionist is great. She is professional and service oriented. The Dorm room is so cheap. Can improve the shower room which was really really small

Nice hotel and super friendly staff
Enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. Rooms were great for the price and the staff were fantastic! Ample facilities available including massages and tour bookings. Close to town (5/10min walk) and to the hospital (5 mins walk)

The staff was great, very nice and attentive. They helped me book two tour trips the day before, which was amazing. Great place to see the sunset of the bay

Convenient, clean, safe, friendly, great view!
Beautiful view of Puerto Bay on 3rd floor and walking distance to Bay Walk Exceptional reception and help by very nice young woman who welcomed us and also cooked delicious made to order breakfasts for us, and then also for our friends who came to stay the 2nd night. They got a nice big room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom, and we could have moved to the 2nd floor, but chose to stay where we were on the 3rd floor which had smaller rooms and bathrooms and only one bed. (We were supposed to get a room with 2 double beds our first night there, but they had already booked all the larger 2nd floor rooms.)However the girl was so nice I did not object and the internet was super fast that first night so we were able to get a lot of work done)Comfortable bed, but a 2nd top sheet or bedcover would be nice. Overall a lovely bright and clean place to stay with very nice and helpful staff.
