This is especially critical for those arriving after business hours, as there may be no on-site assistance or concierge service available to resolve entry issues. "We loved this resort but the restaurant staff is very rude, they won’t allow you to pay in dollars if you use a card. Also the pool was closed and don’t let me talk about the beach because it was like one mile away from the resort."
