Very difficult to get around because of the only unpaved road. The resort was fine. If you go there, plan on staying 3-4 days because it’s very hard to get to due to the only bumpy road.

Although the staff at reception was a little not accommodating based on the amenities I had to get from my membership this was resolved. Overall very comfortable stay and will stay again. The taxi guys at the entrance were a bit to over bearing though.

Service was average, food was poor, not a lot of variety, short staff at the restaurants and bars. Long wait for service, checking in was slow, the hotel was very understaffed. The pool needs to be repaired, lots of missing titles.

It was very unique. I highly recommend it. Some suggestions to make it more unique include: allowing us to charge phones in our rooms; make it more eco friendly by having people fill up water bottles from a main dispenser rather than small single use bottles. We liked the fact that the kayaks and snorkels were included. More local food choices on the menu.
