"Our entire stay was absolutely amazing. Check in was a breeze and the staff was excellent! Clean beautiful rooms.....pools were sparkling clean, all restaurants and buffets were surprisingly delicious. I would definitely tell others to book today and to enjoy. Best thing was the swim out room!"

My sister and I enjoyed our stayed, service and the resort. Afternoon activities were good but need to boost the night entertainment from the 5 nights only one had dancing music. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at the resort!"

"The buffet food quality is terrible and the dinner reservation process is a nightmare. After standing in a line for over an hour at 7am we managed to get one dinner reservation at 5.30pm during our whole 5 day trip. Its a shocking decision from the hotel to do things this way and leaves everyone very angry. Even the staff think its a joke. The hotel itself is lovely and a 5 minute walk to Xcaret. Also the Michael Jackson show that was on was fantastic. So if you can accept terrible food and an angry reservation process in favour of location then this is the place for you. I would recommend finding a hotel with much better food reviews and take a taxi to the parks."

"stayed here in 2022, awesome experience. now with their mega expansion and not enough employees, not even a decent stay. list was too long. Stay somewhere else."

"The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The food however was absolutely terrible and very odd. I think i survived off of macaroons and mixed drinks. You would think you could atleast eat a sandwich but the bread was sticky and not toasted, one slice of meat, lettuce with brown spots and a slimy tomato. We had chicken at the Italian restaurant with pink centers, watery Pad Thai at the Japanese restaurant...it goes on. Pay more for another hotel or plan to eat off site."

"The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily, the property is very clean. We went as a large group about 25 ppl and resort and staff were not very accommodating to us and always gave us attitude or didn’t want to serve us. It is not very allergy friendly as some staff do not know what is in certain menu items. It’s very geared to young kids I would say 3 and up not much for babies. Overall I would not come again but enjoyed somewhat of my time with our friends."
