« Todo estuvo bien, salvo el hecho que luego de hacer el check-in te envían donde el equipo Legendary que según te van a explicar todo sobre el hotel, los restaurantes, las actividades, pero lo que realmente hacen es invitarte a un desayuno con los vendedores del programa de fidelidad del hotel (no se si llamarlo así) y allí es donde comienza el acoso de estas personas que tratan de convencerte de afiliarte a un programa con el cual vas a gozar de descuentos garantizados en estadías en hoteles...

« La résidence est vieillissante mais reste correct. Pas d'accueil sans RDV alors attention prévoyez bien votre heure d'arrivé. pour ce qui est des kayaks et des pédalos se n'est pas la peine d'y penser il n'y en a pas ou alors on coule avec. Et à notre grande surprise Puerto Aventuras est une ville enfermé dans des grillages, et on ne rentre pas sans réservation… une sorte de ville bourgeoise ou on montre pate blanche, décevant ... »

"Nous avons profité de 5 jours de tout inclus, les chambres sont tres spacieuses et propres, tous les équipements à disposition (fer à repasser sèche cheveux). En plus nous avons été surclassé à une chambre avec piscine, top ! L’eau est un peu plus fraîche que la piscine principale par contre. Les restaurants était très bien, on a moins aimé le restaurant italien et le steakhouse. Par contre le japonais, le restaurant principal et les snacks c’était très bon ! Le seul bémol : la plage, avec beaucoup de gros cailloux donc chaussures d’eau conseillées pour se baigner ! Plein d’animaux sympathiques autour (singes, coatis, ratons laveurs)"

"Le personnel était formidable. Tout l'équipe était souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré la selection de nourriture, bar à pizza, sushi, café, bar à collation ouvert 24/7, un buffet et trois restaurants. La chambre était vraiment belle et propre. La piscine était asser grosse et très belle. Les bars étaient tousse excellent et d'excellent brevage à volonté. La proximié à la ville était formidable et directement sur l'océan. "out inclus $$$$$$$.et fermeture à 23h de tous les bars et restaurants. $ pour steak et dîner spécial. $ pour louer un cabane autour de la piscine car il n’y a presque pas de chaises autour de la piscine. $ événement spécial qui ne sont pas inclus. Ils nous demande toujours de payer pour un événement spécial. Je me sens voler! Salle à manger! Toujours le même menue et les choix sont restraint. Oublié la gastronomie et les belles présentations. 2 restaurants mexicains que nous n’aimons pas le menus, il reste 3 choix de Resto pour souper et le buffet! Après 12 jours, ont est plus capable. Il y a du bruit excessif dans les salles a manger qui vous donne mal à la tête. C’est très écho et insupportable. Donc on sort vite du resto. Je donne 4/10 pour les repas. Spectacle très ordinaire et très ennuyeux. Activité autour de la piscine c’est bien. Personnel de l’hôtel, ils sont extraordinaires et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Une chance. Cependant c’est pas un hôtel pour avoir du fun! Le soir on s’ennuie. La plage a été lavé et il en reste presque plus. J’aurai aimer être au courant avant de faire mon choix!"
