The room next to ours had a dog and it whined both nights all night and then the people came in drunk and fought all night and front desk knew about it and did nothing!!! Never slept the two nights were there!

The lamps in the room did not work, the thermostats on the walls didnt work, we plugged in one of the heaters on the wall to warm up the room and it gave off a burning smell and an aweful noise. We thought the thing was about to explode. No hot water -the water was just warm enough that it wasnt freezing cold. We found notes from a child to a dad on the lampshade in the room, and dust ans change on one of the shelves in the closet showcasing the lack of cleanliness. There were no utensils at breakfast and had to spread the cream cheese and butter with my fingers. Breakfast iptions were cold cereal bagels/bread, and waffles...but no plasticware, no bagel cutter. The only good experience we had was that the bed was comfortable. Ill go here again if all i plan to do is sleep

The bathrooms werent really clean and i had to ask someone for a vacuum cleaner because there was a pile of debris right inside the door that no one bothered to clean.

Pretty dated despite photos shown online. Beds were not comfortable and the room had a funny smell. The TV remote didn’t work and there was no way to change the volume, so it was basically on or off. Room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t really clean either. The staff was wonderful though. The girl that checked us in was very kind and even gave us food delivery options since it was so late and we were tired. Location is convenient. Just priced like it would have been a little nicer/well kept.

Our room was disgusting. It smelled of old food and the carpets were wet. We had a scary rottweiler in the room next to us and people running up and down the halls in the night.

I made the reservation late in the day but we were welcomed warmly by the night staff when we came in after 11 pm. The king bed was comfortable! The room was clean and spacious. Our only complaint we had was being forced awake at 5:30 am by the dog barking in the next room! We were hoping to sleep in a little due to getting in so late but the dog was relentless. One other tip I would give to all hotel desk people is to remind guests at check is to ask that they use quiet voices in the hallway between 10-8 at night and to not allow the doors to slam so other guests can sleep. This was asked of us at a hotel at another location and what a great reminder! We would stay here again.

Great Service from front Desk to Breakfast crew
Only thing was a wash rag left behind from previous guests. No biggie. The service was amazing!! Especially the young lady at night. So wonderful

Not a clean hotel in the slightest. Needles in grass around hotel so if you bring dogs be careful.

Great service from the young lady working who checked us in after 24 straight hours of driving. Easy to find, easy to get to our destination the next day, room was clean, breakfast was hot!
