Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with open kitchen/living area, central A/C, fireplace, private outdoor space and private entrance nestled on Arch St. between Commercial & Bradford St. less than a block from Commercial Street and the beach! The unit also comes with 1 parking spot for the guest right on the premises! The condo has been recently renovated - new kitchen, paint & furniture! Rentals in July and August are in increments of 7 nights only and go from Saturday to Saturday. Please message me first to check if dates are available before sending a reservation request. I use another platform for renting and the calendars are not always updated. Disclosure: There is one security camera (Ring Doorbell) located at the front entrance door to the condo.
