"Everything was great except for an issue with check-in. Expedia incorrectly saved reservation indicating that we would make payment at hotel. However , we did paid Expedia in advance. So, it was fortunate that I kept receipt from Expedia showing that I had already paid. Not hotel’s fault at all ! Parking is a bit of an issue. But the bed is so comfortable!! Hotel is super clean and close to city Centre. I have stayed here multiple times. It is “absolutely “ my go to place when I stay in limerick 😊"

"We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. The location was idyllic, near the medieval district and King John’s castle. The room was lovely. The restaurant inside of the hotel is beautiful and serves a delicious breakfast. A breakfast table reservation is necessary to avoid waiting in line (even if you have paid in advance). Our only hesitation about the hotel is that our room did not have air conditioning. The fan provided had a timer for two hours, therefore we had to get up in the night to reset the timer. We left our windows open for fresh air, but it was quite loud as businesses opened in the morning. "
