- Distance to the beach: 7 minute walk, 1 minute drive by car and 2-3 minutes by golf cart
- Golf cart provided as a bonus amenity, but not guaranteed. If an accident or maintenance issue were occur prior to your arrival, we can’t guarantee it will be fixed in time. Note the golf cart drives slow and is best suited for trip to and from Sunset Beach close by and within The Leeward area.
- Pets allowed Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. Home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
