Nice family friendly resort
The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive.

Your Own Piece of the Island
If you want to be away from it all this is the place for you. We recommend renting a jeep if you want to truly explore all the island has to offer. We loved going to Bonefish Point but you MUST have a jeep. We went without and truly regretted it. We also explored Taylor Beach where you could walk out in knee depth blue water forever! We took a long hike alone the NorthWest Point on the limestone and coral and enjoyed the seclusion. We grocery shopped and cooked most meals at the condo. Beautiful morning views of the ocean while we sipped our coffee. Friendly neighbors. Pro tip. If you want to learn to kite surf we heard from a neighbor that Long Bay Beach is the place for you. Enjoy!

Great condo/wonderful location
This is the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Provo. The condo was clean, very open with an ocean and pool view. It had everything we needed and a very comfortable king-sized bed. It is in an area mostly undeveloped, only 200 yards by beach to the border of the NW Marine National Park. We walked the beautiful, secluded beach to the NW tip of Provo where we saw two shipwrecks on shore and huge ocean waves breaking on the shallows. The resort has free kayaks which we took to the preserve on a calm day. A sea turtle and a small shark came right up to our kayak! Also entertaining are the kite surfers you can watch from the beach lounge chairs. The onsite restaurant/bar was open 1-7 pm while we were there, the food was delicious and not any more expensive than the rest of the island (which is quite pricey). The pool and hot-tub are cleaned daily and have plenty of lawn chairs with umbrellas. We learned about snorkeling spots during poolside conversations with people who live in their condos year-round. This is a perfect place for couples to get-away, yet it is also family friendly. You must have a car. It takes less than 30 mins. to drive to opposite end of island for the highly populated beaches like Grace Bay (lots of hotels, vendors, tourists). There is free parking on the whole island with beach access points so it is easy to visit other places for the day/evening. We loved our stay and will definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location and condo
The condo was just right. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a view of the beach from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and we walked miles towards the point and saw an osprey nest, Lots of conch shells; turquoise water and shipwrecks. The pool was wonderful also. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice. The food was good and the people friendly. We enjoyed being away from the downtown area. It was very quiet; very relaxing.

We loved how remote the property is. There is a rustic natural feel with the National Park surrounding the property. We saw sea turtles and osprey, white egret and pelicans. The water is a bit rough for swimming but the treasures brought in daily make for a different experience on each walk. You definitely need a car. Taxi drivers don't like the road to the resort and its expensive. There is no restaurant, but the fully equipped kitchen made it perfect for eating in. The island in general is pricey, so this was a nice way to save and splurge on some fun outings. Sapodilla Bay is pretty close by, and Chalk Sound is so clam and warm with fun little tiki huts and water sports. We loved this resort. Our host has decorated the condo beautifully and the addition of the washer and dryer makes the experience complete. Sunsets to the left and sunrises that I could watch from my bed. The best!!!

Paradise found
This is our 2nd time at NWP and 7th time at TCI. Both are very special. NWP is beautiful, very well maintained and secluded. It is unique in that it is off the beaten path but only a 15-20 minute car ride to the heart of Provo if you are looking for things to do other than walking the beach and chilling out. There is a good mix of residents at NWP that make you feel at home as a guest of the property. The sunrises and sunsets are just amazing....zero light pollution and stars as far as you can see at night. Some reviews will say that driving down the unpaved road is a negative.....it really isn't. We used to go to the other side of the island to Long Bay Beach and it is now all developed and has lost its charm. NWP is where you go to unplug and recharge. If you know what you're getting, this is amazing!
Yes, it is out there a bit. No, there is no shopping. Yes, it is several miles on a dirt road. Forget this stuff. Focus on the good. The whole grounds are amazing! Absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-kept. It is 10-15 minutes (max) from the grocery store. Though, in our tiny Suzuki Alto, we comfortably drove 50 mph on it. The negatives are not negatives if you do any kind of planning ahead. We LOVED it! Not a hindrance in any way for us. So much to do in this QUIET area. The pool and hot tub area were pristine. The hammock. The paddle boards. The beach lounge chairs. The short walk down the beach to the national park/point. Seriously amazing! You don't have to fight for space on the beach or pool area. We snorkeled about a 5 minutes walk down the beach. Saw a turtle, cool fish, and a school of small fish basically surrounded us. We also watched pelicans dive for fish. It's a half-hour drive from here (the west point) to the far east part of the island. We made a ton of trips to the more touristy northeast areas, and it was no hassle at all. Especially with the money we saved staying here, in a more quiet area. We had a minor issue with plumbing (low pressure) when we arrived, but management had it fixed within an hour. All to say they care and wanted it to be good for us. Would 1000% stay here again!

Was a last minute getaway Thomas was very accommodating and understanding only problem was there’s no water pressure for a shower the outdoor shower had good pressure pool and hot tub was a perfect size and it wasn’t very crowded very friendly other occupants as well

Beautiful property off the beaten path.
The beach was perfect for our kids to kayak, paddle board, and snorkel. We enjoyed the afternoons at the pool, and exploring the local Thursday night fish fry. The property manager was fantastic! All my questions were answered quickly and with great local tips! We would love to stay there again.

Very Secluded, Peaceful Resort
This property is very secluded. Overall a great place to relax and get away from the noise of life. The only negative I can add is that the road getting to the property is a bit sketchy. Make sure you drive slow and avoid the holes. Other than the road getting there, it is wonderful. Would stay again.

Nice quiet place with a great view and easy pool and beach access
Property was great for our family of 3. Clean, tidy and practical. Any issues we did have were resolved really quickly, thanks to the awesome property manager, Theresa, who was helpful and responsive. Very quiet and secluded resort, ideal for those wanting peace and tranquility. The only downsides with the resort itself was the 10 min bumpy gravel road to get to it and the vast amounts of seaweed that cover most of the waters edge. Therefore most of our swimming was done in the pool, which wasn't much of a problem.

If your looking to be alone in the Turks then is the place for you. Facilities are very nice but again there is nothing here. No food, no stores no nothing. Fortunately for us relaxing and being away from everything was what we wanted.

Great stay at Northwest Point Resort
We had an excellent two week stay at NWP. Our first trip to TC and we are hooked! Short plane ride from Florida, the condo was great for the two of us! Clean with all the things you need in the kitchen for great home cooked meals. The beach was cleaned daily by a friendly and hard working staff, the condo has a great view of the ocean and most importantly, Kathy the owner was so great to work with! We used the gas grills at the complex, the pool was always great and the wind made it feel totally comfortable! Saw a whale out directly in front of our balcony and so very little people, felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Highly, highly, recommend NWP and thank you again Kathy for having us! We loved our stay here. The condo was lovely and well equipped with what we needed. The resort is very quiet and restful and right on the beach. It is in an area that is well away for the hustle and bustle of the Grace Bay area, perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. The pool and hot tub were great. And we took many wonderful walks on the beach to Northwest point. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs!

A peaceful week
The condo was just what I was looking for. It was quiet, remote, peaceful and well-kept. It’s far away from the glitz and glam of some of the popular beaches. If you’re looking to be around crowds and part of the “scene “this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking to have miles of beach to yourself with endless conch shells and wildlife, this is the place for you. It’s off the beaten path, which I prefer!

Great place to unwind
The apartment was comfortable, nicely located (nothing else around) but somewhat outdated. The beach was clean and has plenty of lounges and umbrellas. The wind was constant and strong while I was there. Made it hard to stay on that beach for long. There was a lot of seaweed on the ocean floor so it wasn't good for swimming. However it was a good walk to the national park either on the beach or the sand path (about 30 minutes) . The park was not nearly as windy and was extremely beautiful and peaceful. If you walk there, you need sturdy shoes to get over the rocks and then there is so much natural beauty to discover. I was the only one there so it was a great place for meditation or just getting completely away.

Spectacular rental
These people went over and above. The manager was outstanding and got our ac fixed quickly and even got a company to come to the resort and do our covid tests. All the employees were very nice and genuine seemed to care about us having an enjoyable time. This is a better place if you want something quiet and secluded. We love grace bay but wanted “down time” away from the noise and this place did not disappoint.

Lovely Remote Hideaway
My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point Resort! It was such a perfect escape (from our home in NYC and from the rest of Provo) and we cannot wait to go back. If you're not one for nights on the town and are up for cooking your meals, this place is such a hidden gem. We cooked on the grills, slept to the sound of the waves, lounged in the beachside hammock, kayaked around the ocean, went for runs through the nature preserve, and retired each evening to the huge, heated pool then moved over to the hot tub under the stars. All of this is right there within view of the apartment and it's easy to be in the pool or the private beach within 1-2 minutes of walking out the door. The development is a secluded oasis. As other reviews have pointed out, there is no restaurant, bar, or store on premises or within walking distance and there is no fitness center. This is definitely more of a condo development than a resort. And getting to Grace Bay, or any activities/life is about a 30-45 minute drive or an expensive uber (~$80?). So you will appreciate having a car. Just watch the road and drive slowly. Many patches of road in this northern area are rough and more like off-roading.

Beautiful condo on the beach off the beaten path.
Fabulous. I would highly recommend this place to any one who wants a beautiful beach location with very well maintained accommodations and property. It is a little secluded but that is what we were looking for exactly. Rent a car and go explore all of the different spots on the islands!

Nice view of the ocean
The pool area was nice. And, I loved hearing the ocean waves from the rental unit. It was convenient to have an entry code rather than having to worry about a carrying a key. It was clean and quiet. It’s a little ways from the restaurants and beaches, but it was nice having the beach to myself in the mornings. The bathroom and bedroom were nice sized. The WiFi worked really well too.

Perfect Relaxation and Beauty
What a wonderful place to stay and relax! The condo is spacious, the view is amazing, and everything you need is right here. We stayed 9 days at Point Breeze 2-209. We went shopping when we got here and bought all our food. Having a full kitchen and outside BBQ grill was all we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was also a plus. The bed was comfortable too, slept good every night. Ceiling fans kept the place cool day and night. Never turned on the air conditioning. The pool was delightful and large enough to to swim laps; there was always a chair or lounge to sit in with an umbrella. The beach was perfect too with lounge chairs and shade. Never crowded! Great walks down the beach with shells and coral everywhere. We rented a Jeep and explored this end of the island and found other wonderful beaches to swim and snorkel. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to our friends!

Beautiful, Secluded Beach Front..
We rented a car. The drive to the condo from the airport is about 8 miles. The last few miles to the complex are dirt roads. Beware, there are plenty of pot holes to dodge. (Hence, 4 star on location). We would highly recommend a Jeep or 4 wheel drive vehicle, especially, if you plan on exploring the island. Our check in instructions included door code, but asked that we stop at office. The regular office person was not in, so some confusion as to our rental, hence the 4 star on check-in. However, we did find our second floor unit and were not disappointed. The unit was very clean and has incredible views of the ocean and pool! It is super cute! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and beach. We slept with windows open at night to get the ocean breezes and listen to the waves. Property is well maintained. Pool was cleaned daily and beaches swept every morning. There are 8 cabanas on the beach with 2 beach chairs at each. Kayaks, paddle board and beach toys provided. Unit has beach towels. There are also plenty of chairs at pool, if you choose it instead of beach. The property is very quiet without the touristy hussle and bussle. This is one of the reasons we booked it. Overall, you will not be disappointed, if you want a beautiful, relaxing get away from the daily grind. Be sure to read the guest book for tips on eating the fantastic island food and sights you will not want to miss! This is the place to be!

Magical, Secluded and Accessible
We loved this place. We went right before hurricane season and felt almost like we had the beach to ourselves. There were other guests there, and the on-site restaurant was available. Even though a lot of the popular sites are on the other side of the island, there are a couple of great local-feeling places very close. We loved this island!! It was magical and gorgeous!

This resort is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay and only a 30-minute drive away. We chose it for this reason. It was extremely quiet and peaceful! The views are amazing and you will have the beach to yourself.

Secluded Location
Spent one month (Feb) at this Northwest Point condo. The condo had everything we needed, and was nicer than it appears in the pictures. We used the ice maker in the frig, the coffee pot, toaster, blender and the BBQ grill by the restaurant. There is also a cooler, picnic basket, and beach lawn chairs,that we made use of during our stay. The bed was comfy, and we slept great with the windows and patio door open and screened, letting the breeze through. Our favourite part of the condo was the balcony. It was shaded all day, so rain or shine we could be outside. As it is a corner unit it faces both the pool and the ocean. We ate lots of meals on the balcony. There was always a breeze. We spent some days by the pool, some by the ocean, going for long walks on a basically deserted beach. We always felt safe and it was great having a keyless lock on the door, for ease of coming and going. We would return in a heartbeat. It has everything you need, and you feel at home. The only negatives are some days it is really windy, and there was some renovating going on in a unit close by. Neither of these things do the owners have control over. But, We were provided a gift certificate from the owners for a local restaurant, as they felt bad about the the construction. This is indeed an indicator of how you will be treated at this condo. We cannot thank Tom and Kathy enough for being excellent landlords, and renting out their condo.

Gorgeous Beach and Condominium
All the photos of the condominium (2-209) and Northwest Point Resort are accurate! The location is gorgeous and the condominium is beautiful. The condominium has a prime location within the complex as the patio over looks booth a very lush pool area and vivid blue green ocean. The kitchen contains all you need to prepare meals, the bed is comfortable, the furniture is tastefully done, there is nothing more needed. Everything is there at your finger tips to enjoy your vacation.

Simply Beauttiful!
What a wonderful location. The condo is exceptional and the owners are too! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location then this is it. We stayed for a week and were delighted.
