We are sorry to hear about your experience. You did call the office to query the charges, and was was told by the manager, that we would look into the matter and get back to you within 48 hours, in which time, we would have been able to do further investigation into the matter. However, by the following day, this review was published.

1. We are glad we rented a car, because is a good 30min walk to restaurants and stores, just a 4-5 min drive. ON THE BOOKING SITE, WE DO RECOMMEND A CAR.2. So you have to pick-up the keys at a different location, that was ok, my only advice is to make sure you get GOOD DIRECTIONS, when I picked up my keys I was asked if I knew how to get there, I told them sure I'll put the address on my GPS... WRONG!!!! the GPS took us somewhere else, so when I called they said "I asked you if you needed directions because the GPS doesn't work here" well..... thanks for letting me know as soon as I said "ill put the address on my GPS" you should have said something! anyways... that was the only minor . I DO APOLOGIZE AND I DID SPEAK WITH THE AGENT ON DUTY, TO ENSURE THAT THE GUESTS LEAVE WITH THE DIRECTIONS, EVEN IF, AT FIRST, THEY DECLINE.3. The studio apartment was very comfortable, had a cooler, beach towels, umbrella and 2 chairs. The pool was always empty which was good. When you walk across the street, to the right there is a big road that takes you to an isolated beach!!! you'll have it all to yourself which is great if you want to relax!! THANKS, AND WE DO LOOK FORWARD TO HOSTING YOU AGAIN.

Hi Cameron,Thanks for your review. Like you said, you spoke with Debbie, who explained and apologized for the error. She proceeded to explain to you that we could put you another property, that was within walking distance to everything (as this was a 5 minutes drive away. She showed you pictures of the unit, and you declined. The following day, you called to say the key was broken, we explained that we were trying to get a and get a locksmith, but it was proving very difficult. You were never in danger, as the door was able to be locked by the deadbolt from within. We did not have another unit to place you in, as we were fully booked and you had refused the other option. This happened in December 2022. It was a weekend. Businesses were closed

1. New/ still under construction. Drive way was unpaved and bumpy. YOU WERE GIVENTHE OPTION TO USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE OR THE THE SECOND, WHICH, AS EXPLAINED, WAS A CONSRUCTION ENTANTRANCE, BUT CLOSER TO YOUR UNIT FOR OFFLOADING BAGS. Both A/C units leaked water upstairs. Had to turn them off and sleep in the heat two nights! Handle on patio door was not attached. Dishwasher not attached, cardboard still in it. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE ISSUE WITH THE A/C. THESE ARE NEWLY INSTALLED, AND WE WERE NOT AWARE OF AN ISSUE. THE PLUMBERS HAVE BEEN SPOKEN TO REGARDING THE DISHWASHER. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Mesha, As stated, we do a mid-week cleaning, not a daily one. Not only is this cost effective, but it helps in the preservation of Mother Earth. Your unit was serviced on the 4th day, NOT the 5th. The 2 bedroom units, and NOT the studio units have washer/dryer ( we do have a coin operated washer/dryer that should be operational by end of June.).
