"Savoy’s service is very slow. Check in time is 3pm. You show up at 3pm, the line up is insane. It took me 2hours to be checked in and be given a room key. They give the service very “personalized” making irrelevant conversation with guest but infact, slowing down the check in process. Same thing ..."
