Les travaux en cours rendaient le chemin pour sortir de l'hôtel un peu dangereux, et un bon nettoyage de la poussière serait bien. En plus, on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine, car elle était ouverte seulement de 07h à 12h. Knowing that there are people all over the world who come on vacation no one speaks English to be able to communicate with them it is quite a problem. The waiter and the waitress were very racist about unserved orders and did anything if you are white we respect you. I made the complaint to the management and the only reason they do not understand English. I won't recommend it to anyone better pay more money and go to the all inclusive. We went up to the security gate at one hotel and they said they never heard of the Hotel. Twenty minutes later and a much more expensive taxi ride we found out it was the same place. Went to the front desk and they didn’t know the place. It was in the same building up 2 floors. The bads are on a platform, which makes it not ideal. The rooms have no view, and there is a lot of construction around the facilities. All rooms are the same, but they are ranked differently.
