Proximity to flight connections. Room service needs to. Bit more diligent, phones are dirty, floors are not cleaned properly and exhibit an old/worn look, TV/remote has a serious problem- why can’t room service ensure batterys are fresh. Sheets/towels are clean, towels are also clean

Top notch service during my visit here. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Very clean and all is available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had ample options and the waiting staff was very kind. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Mumbai again.
