"Nice staff, beautiful place. Over all very happy with everything except there was no air conditioning in on of our two bedrooms and that room was boiling at night"
"We just came from a 2 week stay in the Philippines
The staff at all the resorts in the PI are much friendlier.
US employees need better training to attempt to match."
"Beautiful location right on the coastline. Friendly staff. Cleanliness top notch. Enjoyed food trucks on site. Convenient location for the beach, Makai Golf Club, Lumahei beach and Hotel 1. Recommend visiting!"
"We had a quick, but nice 1-night stay at the Cliffs. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - check-in, parking, room/cleanliness. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area. If we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten on the tennis or pickleball courts. Recommend for a couple or family. There’s no quick, walkable beach access - so definitely need a car. "
"We enjoyed the atmosphere in the area. It was quiet and well maintained. The golf course across the street was pretty. The daily chicken visit was cute. It was drivable to shopping and the beach. Having a garage was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of outside gear such as beach chairs, snorkeling and bikes to ride. The furnishings were clean but dated. "

"The best view of Hanalei Bay, mountains, sunset.
The hotel room is adequate but ok for the price paid. Clean, but drab furnishings, 1980’s style. The resort is nice, restaurant is good, pool is lovely, beach is amazing. We loved our stay and Hanalei/Princeville area."

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Hanalei Bay! This spot is exactly as pictured, super clean, and the ideal location within the resort. The front desk warned us that it's a further walk from most other units, but it's only a 5 minute walk from the lobby, is closer to the beach and further from the pool and restaurant noise so ideal in my book! The patio views are incredible to wake up to, and you share the beach with the luxe 1 Hotel! Our only complaint was how thin the walls are....
