A top floor luxury condo, with one king bedroom PLUS LOFT. The majestic 180 degree ocean to mountain views overlook Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai, and the surrounding mountains that hug the coastline. This privately owned condo has vaulted ceilings which provide lots of light and a well stocked, lavish kitchen. A large covered lanai provides a perfect spot for relaxing or dining. The condo is conveniently located in the resort near the tennis courts, both pools, the hot tub, the Happy Talk Lounge, Wiki Pizza, and is an easy walk to the parking lot. We absolutely loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort, Condo 6303! From the moment we arrived, we felt so lucky to be staying in such a beautiful and welcoming condo. The kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed, and the loft area was absolutely perfect for our two kids (ages 5 and 7). They were thrilled to have their own space, beds, and TVs for cozy movie nights.The balcony was truly the highlight for us. The view is just breathtaking — even better than the pictures. We spent every morning out there with coffee, and it was also our favorite place to relax during the rain, play cards, and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It felt like the perfect escape and exactly the kind of calm, restorative getaway our family needed.We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras, including the in-unit washer and dryer, AC, fans, and the beach chairs and toys. Those little touches made such a difference and made our stay even more comfortable and fun.We’re so grateful we got to stay here and would happily return again. This condo made our trip so special.The only small note is that we had sent a question ahead of arrival and didn’t hear back, though it ended up not affecting our stay. Everything else was absolutely wonderful, and we would still highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kauai. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Stunning Views

Highly recommend this charming condo with a million dollar view. The unit was clean, bright and did I mention the stunning view? The owners really did a spectacular job decorating and the wall art by local artists was a treat. I really enjoyed looking at the detail of each piece. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary in class. We will definitely be back!

Condo 6303 Hanalei Bay Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3-night stay at HBR. The condo was comfortable and had an amazing view. The main pool was really nice, though our son stubbed his toe on the rocks inside the pool pretty badly on the first night’s swim and stopped going in the water after that. That staff was helpful and rush to get him bandages because it was a deep cut and bleeding badly. A short drive to Hanalei and Haena. Short walk down to Pu’u Poa Beach for some amazing sunset views of Bali Hai. We would definitely recommend HBR.

Gorgeous Condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing amenities. We loved the location of the condo and the view. The condo was fully stocked and had high finishes. Loved being able to walk down to the beach, the golf course on site, and the on site restaurants. This was a perfect stay. I should add, we left an item and the owner was fast to communicate with us and have it shipped immediately. Will definitely stay here again when visiting next year.

Perfect Vacation Vibes

We stayed at a house via VRBO for the first week with our children and grandchildren. Then we all moved three doors closer to the Hanalei Bay Resort. We all were offered space for refrigerated food and luggage as our move-out/move-in times didn’t coincide. We had separate condos from our kids but all of us enjoyed our time at both places. We want to rent the same places again next year.

A Terrific Stay at Hanalei Bay Resort

This was an excellent overall experience. We have stayed at the Hanalei Bay Resort three times and believe it is a great location for enjoying the Hanalei Bay/Princeville area. This unit in particular is in a great, top-floor location with a wonderful view of the bay and the Napali Coast. The unit is very well decorated, with everything in great condition. The owners and the property manager were proactive communicators and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, fantastic views, great beach. The condo unit was nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped for beach activities. Definitely worth staying here and convenient to any of the wonderful north shore beaches with plenty of nearby amenities.

We were amazed by the view from this well maintained condo! Everything was clean and the resort’s tennis courts, Pools and location can’t be beat. Two bathrooms would have been a plus and a better couch for relaxing would also be nice, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Beautiful!

This was our first visit to Kauai and Hanalei Bay Resort and unit 6303 made it perfect. The condo was just as advertised and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rocco, the property manager was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. And that bed! My husband and I have a luxurious bed that we love, but we both commented that it might be a disappointment after our bed there. My only comment, and this applied to our accommodations on both sides of the island, was that it would have been nice to know in advance that, after running the COVID gauntlet before travel and at the airport, we would have to do it again upon arrival at the resorts. Minor issue that did not take away from this beautiful location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful condo!

This Hanalei Bay Resort condo was gorgeous and exactly as described. The views were beautiful and the condo furnishings were comfortable and nice. The resort property is nice and there’s a trail down to the beach. It’s close distance to Queen’s Bath and Hideaways Beach, although parking there is limited. Unfortunately many of the restaurants nearby were closed due to Covid snd staffing issues, but getting to Hanalei through the convoy was easy if you timed it correctly.

Top notch Resort but this unit needs TLC

I’ve stayed at HBR many times over the years and it’s a beautiful resort. I’ve watched them grow at the pool, add the swim up bar and seen the demise of the Bali Hai restaurant. It’s magical. I’ve also stayed in many units. This unit has a spectacular view. It’s comfortable in a lot of ways. My major complaint was the kitchen was infested with roaches. They were alive all over the counter tops and stove. We found dead ones in the pots and pans. It was unacceptable. The refrigerator would not dispense ice so we had to go fetch it from the ice machines. The TV wouldn’t work in the master bedroom. In spite of these discomforts, we enjoyed our stay. I don’t think the property management team is very hands on with this property. The beach chairs were full of sand from the previous renters. I did talk with Graeme about the bugs and TV but we were only there for 4 nights and only had 2 left by that point. I would most likely not rent again at this unit. I would rent from a woman named Joan Bettencourt who I did rent before. Her place is immaculate and updated. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available. Maybe these owners should contact her regarding her management team

We had a great stay at the condo, everything was great. The view onto the bay is as advertised. We loved the condo, Princeville, Hanalei and Kaua’i!
