It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open for flow thru ventilation. Queen bed, cable TV, internet. No access to beach and no parking at beach. Good shopping centre within 5 minute drive. Princeville nice area.

Cozy studio in nice area
Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.

It was a nice place, comfortable bed, fyi the closet is in the bathroom behind the door. We were there 2 weeks. The one thing we wished for was comfortable seating in the unit. Nice little patio, and was generally nice andquiet. Nice walking paths around that led to restaurants, shopping, even a post office.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Parking was easy as well. The pool and hot tub was nice. Although there isn’t a cook top there is an electric frying pan which worked well for eggs and pancakes!

Great little spot
The place was super clean, location was great. Super easy to check in and out. A lot of extras were provided like beach chairs and towels, a boogie board, umbrella and coolers. We had a great stay!

Owner forgot to give us unit# so first night we had to sleep in our rental car. It was an honest mistake and we got money back for that night. The rest of the stay was great!

Just what we needed
The unit was easy to find and check in was simple using a code to access the key. Free parking is a bonus. We met some really nice people (residents and vacationers) at the pool. Absolutely love this side of the island! The unit fit our needs as we didn’t plan on spending much time indoors. Basically a little studio apartment with a comfortable bed, a little table and chairs, and dorm frig. The patio had a table for sitting outside. We used a small cooler to carry some waters with us and there were some other beach items available but I didn’t pay attention as to what. I e quiet area.

It's an apartment complex and finding the exact apt wasn't the easiest. It also butts against another rental apt and either the walls are very thin or the people who were staying there with small children were very loud and kept slamming the door. The internet worked fine the first night but the next day/night, neither my computer nor my phone saw the internet as option to connect too. The tv still worked so it was very odd. The cell service was poor which made getting to my flight info and other travel arrangements challenging. But the view across the street from the walking path around the golf course was spectacular. And there is a local grocery store within a couple minutes. I enjoyed the area and the fans seem to work just fine since there is no central AC in the studio. Because this was rented through Expedia, there didn't seem to be a way to communicate with the owner without setting up an account in VRBO.

Great Property. Great location. Great host.
We loved everything about our stay in this studio. It was equipped with all the basic amenities, plus a little extra. We would gladly stay again on a future visit to Kauai. We did find it a little hard to locate the unit when we arrived at night. Not a problem, but it did take a few minutes. After that everything was smooth sailing.

This perfectly suited our purposes for the trip. The place is clean and functional. It has a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is fine, the water pressure is a little lacking but ok. The bed is comfy and there is an air mattress if needed. I think sleeping 3 people would be very crowded but it was fine for 2. We used the pool and hot tub which was nice. Parking was easy. No complaints!

My husband and I stayed in this Sandpiper Village studio for 5 nights, and we had a mostly pleasant experience. Highlights: clean, newly remodeled interior, safe and convenient location, kitchen included a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and dishware/utensils. Lowlights: no A/C (fans did little to cool the room on hot & humid days/nights), limited parking, smaller than we expected (suitable for 2 people, not 4 people, as listed), and mosquitoes got into the room through the broken patio screen. The owner was very responsive to our emails and helpful with her suggestions. We only had one night where we couldn’t find visitor parking, but we parked in a reserved spot and no one complained. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, although we could hear a lot of noise through the walls, windows, and ceilings while people were going in and out of the building. Earplugs came in handy! Overall, we would come back and stay here for future visits. We love the area and really enjoyed our time in Kauai!

Perfect welcome to the island!
I stayed for just one night in this lovely condo. I travel to Kauai often for work, but this was my first time in Sandpiper Village. The condo had many thoughtful touches, which made me feel welcome after a very long day of flying. I wish I could have stayed here longer and will certainly try to stay again on future visits

My husband and I stayed here over the 4th of July and had a blast. The condo is clean, upgraded, and in a wonderful spot to access everything in North Kauai. The owners were easy to communicate with- we didn’t need much from them... they provided everything we needed (great shampoo)! One thing- there is not much of a breeze in the unit... and there is no AC. so, it was definitely hot. But, I can’t knock a star for than because we knew. For the price and location, you can’t beat this place!!!

Perfect Location
Let me first start off by saying the location is perfect. You walk outside to a beautiful golf course and walking path, and you 5 mins from the grocery store, 15 mins from the big town and beach, 20 min walk to Queen's Bath. Everything is so beautiful and luxurious in the neighborhood. The unit itself is nicely updated, clean, and has everything you need. It's not the biggest place, but we never felt crammed and felt comfortable the whole stay. The patio was so big and nice to eat breakfast on each morning. The pool was fantastic, and we even used the grill. Everything was as described and we loved our stay!
