"We stayed here as it was close to Port of Miami and had great ratings. We weren’t disappointed! We’ve stayed at TRU properties elsewhere but truly appreciated the guest service at this location. Upon returning to Miami from our cruise, my son and I had the flu. Too sick to fly home early, we were PRAYING that we could check in early without being penalized. We were allowed to check in first thing and were treated so well for being across the country from home and feeling like trash. We stayed in our room recovering, enjoyed snacks and satellite Saturday movies. On Sunday we headed out early to catch an earlier flight home. Thank you TRU staff for helping us immensely when we were in need. We were bummed we couldn’t explore Miami as planned, but will be back to give another chance, in good health!"
