"The hotel has been renovated and it looks better than before. The room was clean, beds comfortable.
Staff seemed pretty bored and dull - I wish they had been friendlier and made eye contact and really care about our stay. It felt like we were dealing with robots not human beings. "
"I appreciate the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, but the room was worn and dated – especially the bathroom and shower. It seems some hotels call themselves, pet friendly, but banish pets and their owners to their oldest rooms. Flooring would be more sanitary than carpet when various pets are coming snd going. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.
Overall the place was decent though not impressive. "
"The hotel is older but not in horrible shape. Nothing fancy about it. Perfect distance to go to Winterplace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again. "
