"Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. Folks at reception were really kind and helpful too."

"Room was nice but very hot. Even with the temperature set to 10 degrees and full fan level 3 it was pumping out hot air. Due to this I had to have the window open meaning I was constantly having smoke come into my room from the street below, and meaning the room (facing the street with a tram) was so loud at night it was almost impossible to sleep. There was also music coming from downstairs until gone midnight all 3 nights I stayed, with the bass so loud even with earplugs in I could feel it in my bed. Don’t stay here if you want to rest "

"Very convenient location for Serdika metro station, which connects to a lot of places in the centre of Sofia. I stayed in an economy room and found it perfectly adequate for a short stay - a good sized firm but comfortable bed, a decent shower in the bathroom, a good sized desk area in the room and some shelves for storing a few things. One little suggestion to improve the experience might be an extra hook or two and a couple of hangers to be able to at least hang a shirt and pair of trousers. Overall, I felt the room was good value for the price and worked well.I would certainly stay again, particularly if I needed to be close to the metro for an early flight."
