« Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. »

« This was our 1st time going to Deep Creek Lake. They allowed us to check in a little early which was wonderful! The lobby area was beautiful and had games to play at the tables. Our suite was nice and clean. Some of the lights didnt work so it felt dark in our room. The bed upstairs was very firm. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked having the sofa bed and huge TV. It was also nice that they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. They have boat and kayak rentals on the property which was...

« We did stay off season during the week so the property was quiet. Unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The fireplace was not working and it was reported and no one fixed it or communicated about the issue. There was not a TV in the bedroom. Overall good experience and would stay again. »
