Due to this, it was impossible to keep the parking lot and sidewalks cleared. We also lost power for several hours, losing heat, etc. This hotel was the only hotel in the area that had a generator so for that we were lucky. We could charge cell phones, minimal use of microwave, and stay comfortable. The staff did everything in their power to accommodate their guests and did it with a smile.
