"Rather old and weathered accomodation but clean . When I booked the accommodation I printed out the details and the price . The hotel charged me a different price when I got there…$40 more than I was quoted. Despite complaining when I got home and showing proof of my quote hotels.com and the Hehei Resort refused to honour my quote. I would not stay there again due to their refusal to honour my quote."

The mirror in the bathroom had dark spots all over it where it had had de-silvered and had not been replaced."
