It has a large furnished garden and a spacious solarium. It is equipped with every comfort: Sauna, A/C in every room, daily cleaning service included (midweek linen change) and daily breakfast (on request, not included in the price). It's in a really convenient location: within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach is a 20 min walk away. The villa is organized on three levels, one of which is independent from the main complex and accessible only from the outside (DEPENDANCE): MAIN COMPLEX: FIRST FLOOR (access via a ramp of approximately 10 steps) \- Garden \- Large sun terrace with loungers and deck chairs \- Large living room with sea view \- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with access to the front garden \- Laundry corner \- Relax area - indoor - with sauna \- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) \- 1 bathroom with shower SECOND FLOOR \- 1 bedroom with two single beds (beds size 90x190) \- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) - access is only through the bedroom with two single beds - the two bedrooms are however divided by a door \- 1 bathroom with bathtub \- large terrace with sea view (accessible from the two bedrooms) DEPENDANCE (access only from the terrace / garden) \- Living room (there is the possibility to add a single bed) \- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the terrace \- 2 bathrooms with shower Villa Panorama is located in the center of Praiano - east side, in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops. It is accessible via a short pedestrian path and a flight of approximately 30 comfortable steps. Private parking is available on request (for a fee), located about 200 meters from the property. Additionally, there are only 1 bedroom downstairs on the main floor and 2 upstairs,but with twin beds and a queen The heaters did not well until day 5 and the sauna never worked. The downstairs toilet seat was broken the first 3 days we were there,then repaired but there is a strong scent from the sewer around the base of that toilet. ##### Jeffrey K. I can't say enough about this beautiful property and the people from SMAAC that made our stay in Praiano so memorable. We were 9 adults and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the big kitchen and especially the veranda where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We had the chef come to the villa to prepare dinner for us one evening. It was a wonderful night and the food was delicious! Daniela checked in on us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. Guissepe and Andrea, our drivers, were the best. Andrea drove us up the entire Amalfi coast, stopping at all the towns for us to explore. He also drove us to Pompeii where we had a tour guide just for our small group followed by a wine tasting and late lunch at a winery nearby. We hiked the Path of the Gods which had absolutely beautiful views! All these excursions were made through Carmen, who was such a great contact - always promptly answering emails, even for last minute bookings.
