« The check in process was simple. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The three bedrooms and large living room gave our family of six enough space to move around and not feel cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Our kids loved kayaking around Boston Lake and fishing off the dock and around the lake. The hot tub was a nice perk. The neighborhood was quiet. This is one of the better VRBOs we've stayed in. We would definitely come back. »

« It is a lovely property and location. We had a great time. The kitchen has everything you should need for cooking. It is remote so keep in mind you are about 35 minutes from nearest grocery store. It is also about 2.5 miles on a gravel/dirt road. The hot tub is actually a large jetted bathtub. The views and location are amazing. »

« The cabin and the Big Bay area are just beautiful! Amy has done so much hard work on the cabin to create a lovely and cozy atmosphere. One down side was there were a lot bugs and flies that got in to the cabin, but once we delt with them all, it was more manageable. »

« My fiancé and I came to Marquette for a getaway prior to our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with Phil's cabin. The cabin itself was well-appointed and charming and the setting is a naturalist's dream. We were close enough to downtown to partake of everything Marquette has to offer, well within numerous beautiful hiking spots, and the convenience store is quirky and charming. We will definitely be back again! »

« All around fantastic property! Plenty to do for our group that ranged from 10 to 85! Sunsets, stars, fire pit, huge deck, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, Blackstone, hot tub, kayaks, splash pad, dock, not sure what more we could have wanted. The surrounding area is full of waterfalls, local establishments, trails and more. We will 100% be back!!! »

« Property was nice and well kept. Some of the beds weren’t super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could want and there were plenty of towels and washcloths so you weren’t doing laundry every other day. Steps into house got to us by the end of the week….we’re old!! »

« Property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The cabin had plenty of towels, cooking pots & pans. The peaceful quiet and the river that runs at the back of the property made this a very relaxing stay. There is plenty to do in the area: hiking, kayaking, golf and sightseeing.
