« I give 5 stars for this cute cottage. It was exactly what we were needing for our visit with family in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Located right in town close to restaurants and Walmart if you forgot to bring everything you need for your trip. »

« Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was good. It was a prepared egg and sausage plate, but you had to pick it up in the evening and put it in your room refrigerator till morning and then microwave it. »

« The property was very charming, property owner was very nice, however I was mislead by a few details from the pictures..There are ppl living next door and the run up and down the only driveway access, parking was not very good due to blocking their way in & out. The house was pretty clean for its age. The yard was very grown up, the only way in was through a set of steep stairs which was not mentioned, glad I didn't have anyone disabled with us. Some light bulbs did not work, the bathroom faucet...
