"The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. "

"Location was great and convenient to get around. I do need to point out that there is a $4.10 per day for parking that we were not aware of. I have to call to ask what is the unauthorized charge on my card. (It would be nice to be told at the front desk when we check in.) Otherwise the stay was good. No issues means good stay."
