Villa Elio in Positano

At Villa Elio you will have the opportunity to appreciate the magic of Positano, simply looking out from the amazing panoramic terrace with the background of Praiano to the east and the Torre Clavel to the west. The apartment has an enviable breathtaking sea view. The ideal accommodation for a family or group of up to 4 guests



The apartment is accessed from the Grotta di Fornillo, you then need to climb down about 100 steps, unfortunately there is no possibility of getting there by mechanical means or car. You enter from a private courtyard where all the rooms overlook. Our guests have the opportunity to enter both from the sitting room between the two bedrooms and from the dining room. Villa Elio consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a small service bathroom, with an enclosed shower (no bidet here), a sitting room with a divan, a living-dining room, and a small kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge and freezer, 4 induction electric burners, sink, crockery and pots. Both the master bedroom and the sitting-dining room overlook the amazing panoramic terrace, where you can eat or relax with the view of a unique scenario. Guests can take advantage of air conditioning, one flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, Italian mocha coffee maker, hairdryer, kettle, toaster. The center of Positano and the Spiaggia Grande are about 10 minutes away on foot while in the Fornillo area there are bars, a grocery store, many excellent restaurants, a newsstand and other commercial activities.

Prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and linen.

Not included the visitors tax of Positano which is Euro 2.5 per person and per night.

TRANSFER

To reach the Amalfi Coast and especially this central area of Positano, from the train station and airport of Naples / Salerno or Rome, we recommend booking a private transfer that we can arrange for you. If, on the other hand, you prefer to use public transport, it is advisable to arrive by train in Sorrento, then continue to Positano with Sitasud and get off at Chiesa Nuova, to then reach the Grotta di Fornillo on foot or by local bus and take the alley via Lepanto, where we are located.
