« Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

« Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Lit très bien. + Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain / canette d’eau offerte. Jolie vue sur les bateaux de croisières à la fin du couloir. Petit déjeuner choix varié et très bon. "

"Bon emplacement pour l'accès aux routes. Petit déjeuner très bien. Pas trop Eco responsable, les serviettes ont été remplacées chaque jour, je n'avais pas demandé, puis la climatisation tourne en permanence même quand il fait 20C à l'extérieur."
