Hotel does a great job of pampering guests. From 1st greeting, to spa staff to housekeeping to waitstaff everyone was welcoming and helpful. Common rooms are old school elegant. Beds are excellent, bedding very good, thick towels, nice robes, slipper all add to a feeling of being well cared for. Lovely infiniti pool: perfect swimming temperature & views are stunning up & down the coast. Great showers in the changing rooms, lockers made available. In fact the sight of that pool made us change...

Loved this hotel with the beach across the street. Couldn't ask for a better location. And the walk to Portofino was short enough for my 10 year old to make as well.

Beautiful property and rooms. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in a central location but it’s a steep walk up a lot of stairs to get from the street up to the property. There is a train station at the bottom of the hill. You take your life in your hands if you want to drive the narrow little streets. Taxis can take you anywhere but it’s 40 euros to get into Portofino. Overall, this place was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is very nicely located. Our room faced the sea and it was very quiet. We found all the staff in the various areas -parking attendants, reception desk, restaurant, housekeeping and sea area to be very professional and kind. The gardens are beautiful! Our buffet breakfast was always well presented offering a large variety of food.The outdoor area where breakfast is served has a terrific view of the harbour and town of Santa Margherita. We will stay at the Continental again.

Santa Margarita is a beautiful city full of charm. Hotel Jolanda added to that charm. The hotel was perfect! Beautiful room. Beautiful breakfast and steps away from the main area. Beautiful Hotel.

This was a last minute reservation but a gem of a find. The rooms were modern, clean, and any amenity you could think of was available in the room (except a steamer or iron so they were kind enough to take my shirts and steam them complimentary for me),the hotel is lovely, well located and breakfast is included.. a pleasant surprise for the reasonable price. Parking is a bit steep at $20 per night but the cost of the room makes the entire package a great deal. Front desk is extremely helpful...
