The structure is located a few steps from the beach and its 16 apartments stand out for their style, taste and practicality. Harmonious and welcoming, it guarantees high standards of excellence to accompany you on a dream stay, in a position suspended over the sea, in the heart of the pebble beaches of Portoferraio. It will offer you shelter from the frenzy of everyday life, an enchanting stretch of coast where the turquoise blue of the sea blends with the green of the surrounding Mediterranean scrub and the white of the cliffs behind it. Padulella beach is an intimate and uncontaminated beach, a natural reserve of extraordinary beauty, a paradise for lovers of authentic nature, where it is impossible not to fall in love with the scents brought by the sea breeze, its contrasts and the emotions they evoke!
Parking is not easy but our structure offers a private parking space reserved for all guests who stay there.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, check-in takes place directly at the reception of the structure.
Residence Padulella is a Charming and Design structure protagonist of a total renovation completed in 2023, using quality materials enhanced by neutral colors and essential and delicate furnishing elements.

Penthouse with Sea View and Scoglietto right side - 5/7 beds
Bright apartment on the third floor with lift where privacy and silence are guaranteed. The windows of the living room which open towards the sea and an immense terrace for exclusive use, in addition to guaranteeing continuity between the inside and the outside, create a welcoming environment where there are no boundaries. An unparalleled view that will excite you at every moment of your stay. The living area consists of a modern kitchen, dining area and relaxation room with double sofa bed, TV and large window with a direct view of the Scoglietto di Portoferraio. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with a sea view, a single attic bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle.

- NO YOUNG PEOPLE GROUP UNDER 21 YEARS OLD
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am
- free luggage storage service upon arrival; in the same way you can enjoy a last moment at the seaside on the day of departure
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
