Sehr nettes Häuschen nahe dem Strand

Das Häuschen war geräumig und sauber und liegt nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Gastgeberinnen haben alles sehr schön vorbereitet, vom Checkin bis zum Einführungsvideo. Bei Fragen wurde schnell und kompetent geantwortet.

Toller Elba Aufenthalt

Lage und Ausstattung war top. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Silvia hat uns kurzfristig und unkompliziert bei den vergessenen Bettzeug geholfen. Die Außendusche ist toll.

A fuir !

Arrivé sans aucun accueil, espaces verts non entretenus, ménage à moitié fait, toiles d'araignés dans les chambres, les prises électriques murales avec les fils pendants tres dangereux pour de jeunes enfant, des branches d'arbres qui tombent et risquent d'abimer votre véhicule. Petit chauffe eau qui ne permet pas à 5 personnes de prendre une douche correctement Bref mauvais séjour A FUIR !

Traumhaft

Für uns der perfekte Urlaub! Alles da, was man zum Glücklichsein braucht! Ideal für Hundebesitzer, da der weitläufige Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Unter großen, schattenspendenden Bäumen inmitten einer Vielfalt an Büschen und Pflanzen, sowie unterschiedlichsten Vogelstimmen auf dem ruhig gelegenen Grundstück, kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Je nach Windrichtung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ungefähr 3 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Trattoria mit leckerem, abwechslungsreichen Essen ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto sind weiße Strände zum Schnorcheln, sowie Portoferraio mit mehr Infrastruktur schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Ferienhaus Elba mit Hund

Haus sehr schön gelegen (2Minuten zum Kiesstrand) und gut eingezäuntes Gelände (wir hatten unseren Hund dabei). In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Restaurant (La Carva), wo man morgens auch sehr gute Croissants bekommen hat. Das Haus als solches bekommt leider nur 2 Sterne, da es nur sehr einfach eingerichtet war. Die Küche ist sehr klein und für Familie mit Kindern ist es dort sehr sportlich Essen vorzubereiten, da nur sehr kleine Arbeitsfläche ( eine Brettchenbreite) vorhanden. Was auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar war: es gibt auch einen kleinen Gefrierschrank. In den vorhandenen Töpfen kocht lediglich Wasser nicht an 😅. Der Gasherd lässt sich nicht wirklich gut regulieren. Die Pfannen waren nach dem ersten Gebrauch in alle Dimensionen verbogen (waren einfach nicht für Gas geeignet). Kein Toaster und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Im Aussenbereich gibt es Liegestühle und Schatten ist durch Bäume gewährleistet. Leider gab es keine Auflag

Kleine Villa direkt am Meer

Die Villa ist nett eingerichtet und liegt alleinstehend auf einem abgetrennten Grundstück. Der Garten ist groß mit genug Schatten, aber steinig. Der Check-in Prozess läuft völlig digital und reibungslos ab. Der kleine Strand am Meer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und durch die Bucht ist das Meer auch sehr ruhig ohne größere Wellen. Leider gab es viele Mücken und wir wollten uns deshalb kaum draußen aufhalten. Dennoch haben wir die Zeit dort genossen.

Ottima posizione

Casa molto carina,semplice e pulita. Noi eravamo 2 adulti 3 bambini di 3/5/7 anni e Romeo il ns Labrador,siamo stati benissimo. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere le spiagge piu belle,e i paesi più carini. La spiaggia di fronte casa non é per nulla bella ma per chi ha famiglia é perfetta perché comoda,per la sera o per quei giorni in cui la macchina non là si vuole prendere. L’acqua é cristallina,é la spiaggia a non esser per curata e servono le scarpette perché solo sassi. C’è un bar ristorante tabacchi edicola,a 100 metri,la pineta con il suo baretto con tavoloni,ed una piccola parte di spiaggia attrezzata . Per noi é stato tutto perfetto Un consiglio alle proprietarie è quello di lasciare dell’acqua e magari dei piccoli snack di benvenuto ,perché a volte si arriva veramente cotti dal lungo viaggio ,soprattutto qnd si hanno bambini in macchina😵‍💫😳

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Super Ferienhaus,lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist traumhaft und mit Hund ideal, da eingezäunt. Nur wenige Minuten zum Meer. Wir hatten mit der Vermieterin vor allem über Telefon und WhatsApp Kontakt, was sehr gut funktioniert hat.

Tolles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl in dem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Elba sind alle Ausflugsziele (und Strände) sehr gut zu erreichen. Wer nicht fahren möchte ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Kiesstrand oder legt sich zum Entspannen in den großen Garten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Seitenweg in einer kleinen Siedlung. In 100m Entfernung ist man an einem idyllischen, kleinen Kieselstrand mit klarem Wasser und Blick auf Portoferraio. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie, wozu auch das riesige, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück beiträgt. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei (unbedingt bei der Buchung angeben), der frei auf dem Gelände laufen konnte. Nach Portoferraio sind es nur 10 Autominuten und auch andere Strände und Orte (Empfehlungen: Porto Azzurro, Marciana Marina, Capoliveri) sind schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder hier buchen!

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort

Das Objekt ist perfekt gelegen in der Nähe von mehreren Restaurants und Stränden. Es gibt einen direkten Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hafen von Portoferraio. Wir waren vom Haus positiv überrascht, da es live besser aussieht als auf den Bildern. Eine absolute Ruheoase, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Nur der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (haben wir auf Inseln schon öfter bemerkt) aber dank Lüften gut lösbar. Die direkte Straße zum Objekt ist zwar eng und etwas abenteuerlich aber wenn man ein sicherer Autofahrer ist, kein Problem. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Utensilien in Bad, Küche, Esszimmer, … und man hat sehr viel Platz. Der Garten ist wunderschön und wirklich sehr groß, das Auto wird direkt im Garten geparkt. Der Kontakt mit Silvia war jederzeit unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos

Das Häuschen bot uns alles, was wir brauchten für unsere Ferienwoche. Sehr sauber, gut und hübsch eingerichtet, Wifi und Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern liefen einwandfrei. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief erst über FeWo, danach über Whatsapp ohne lange Wartezeit. Als die Waschmaschine kaputt war, wurde diese innerhalb 24 Stunden ersetzt 👍🏼. Am Tisch vor dem Haus hört man das Meer rauschen. Den Strand in ca. 100m Fussweg haben wir seltener besucht, da das Wasser nicht so sauber war wie an anderen Stränden. Dafür ist die Sicht auf Portoferraio wunderschön. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Tolle Lage, bei Vermietung mit Hindernissen

Leider haben wir die Vermieter nur per Email/WhatsApp kennengelernt, was zu ein paar Überraschungen geführt hat: auf unserem Hinweg wurden Kopien aller Ausweise angefordert und nach Rückfrage falsch auf polizeiliche Meldeanforderungen verwiesen. Zum Auschecken war wieder niemand da, wir sollten die Schlüssel innen stecken lassen. Okay für uns, aber auf dem Rückweg trotz besenreiner Rückgabe mit, anders als vorgefunden, sauber gespülten Töpfen und bei Buchung der Reingung wieder Emails zum angeblich schlechten Reinigungszustand. Wirklich schade, denn die Lage ist toll und das kleine Haus gut nutzbar inkl. Klimatisierung in den beiden Schlafräumen.

Villa Silvia

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schöne Lage mit sehr kurzem Weg zum Strand. Es ist in der nächsten Umgebung für alles gesorgt. Einziger Nachteil: durch die tolle Bepflanzung im Garten ist es im Sommer abends und auch noch nachts doch sehr warm. Mit Klimaanlage aber machbar.

Perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen, rug

Allgemein Wir waren mit Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Villa Silvia. Das Häuschen ist perfekt gelegen, sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen großen umzäunten Garten. Die Villa Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist gut Anfahrt Vom Fährhafen in Portoferraio ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten da. Das Beste für gestresste Autofahrer: von der Hauptstraße erreicht man das Objekt über eine kurze Schotterstraße (ca. 500 m). Die lästige Parkplatzsuche entfällt, da man das Fahrzeug direkt am Haus im eingezäunten Bereich sicher abstellen kann.

Un angolo di paradiso

Giusy & Silvia sono persone adorabili e molto disponibili, la casa è un angolo di paradiso: tutto semplicemente perfetto!Dotata di ogni comfort,vicinissima alla spiaggia ma in posizione riservata e molto silenziosa. Che dire? Arrivederci all'anno prossimo!
