My stay in the Penthouse Apartment
The apartment was very pretty. It had everything you needed to enhance a perfect holiday. Safe neighborhood-short walk to ocean-parks-cafes-gourmet grocery and more. Most of all Ariana her kindness and wanting you to enjoy your stay as well letting you know she was all available for whatever my need’s maybe. I would highly recommend do to all of above!

Wow! amazing views over rooftops, park, river Douro and the Atlantic!
Such an interesting conversion at the top of a traditional tile-hung house on a little cobbled street. The light and bright bedroom upstairs has 5 windows, with views in all directions (but the blinds work fine).
The landlady Ariana is so friendly and helpful and has a flair for design, mixing minimalist functionalism with antiques and traditional furniture and fittings.
It is only a minute down to the 500 bus stop to get into central Porto in one direction, or out to the fish restaurants of Matosinhos in the other. But you can actually walk to a succession of Atlantic beaches in a few minutes.
And there is also such a lovely park on the doorstep - it is also nice just to have a coffee or a fresh orange juice closer to home in the little café pavillion, just by the busstop.

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön. Hochwertige Einrichtung, alter Holzboden, sehr gutes breites Bett, voll ausgestattete Küche (ohne Eierbecher ). Wissenmuss man, dass zum Schlafzimmer eine steile Treppe hinaufführt, man sollte daher auf jeden Fall trittsicher sein. Die Lage ist super, 5 min zum Strand, nach Porto geht man 1 h (am Douro entlang, sehr schöner Weg) oder fährt mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür) oder mit dem Uber.Im Ort Foz gibt es alles, was man braucht (Cafés, Kneipen, Restaurants, Lebensmittelläden).Ariana ist eine sehr eloquente, nette und engagierte Vermieterin, sie hat uns tolle Insidertipps gegeben- danke nochmal dafür.Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Traumhaft
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Casa Bela und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Park und zum Meer ist traumhaft und der Bus Richtung Porto fährt fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Ariana und Isabelle hat wie immer perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
