Responsive Host, but Unresolved Maintenance Issues Although the host was polite and sent a replacement hairdryer and detergent, key maintenance issues remained unfixed during our stay: ​Bathroom: The showerhead holder was completely broken, making showering difficult, and water leaked onto the floor through a gap in the glass door. ​Kitchen: The toaster didn't pop up, the range hood light was broken, and the spatula was damaged. ​Initial Safety: Arrived to a dangerously burnt hairdryer (later replaced) and missing basic supplies. ​We appreciated the partial promptness, but the unit needs proper maintenance checks between guests.

Qua ligging t.o.v. het centrum, de metro en bezienswaardigheden was het echt prima! Alles op loopafstand. Heel fijn! Communicatie was ook vlot en prima! Problemen met de douche waren snel opgelost. Het appartement zelf vonden we minder goed. Locatie was niet fijn tegenover een weg op raam hoogte, in de nacht pratende zwervers voor de deur en ramen die niet goed sluiten. De vloer was vies.
